NYC Photography Tips: Be Discriminating
By Douglas Gilbert
Whether the subject of your photo is an animal, nature or family portraits NYC, focus on what you're really interested in and center your efforts on getting the best photo you possibly can. Anything else can distract your viewer from what you're trying to display. A simple way to do this is to observe your borders and recompose if something presents itself to be pronounced in your picture. As a headshot photographer NYC, I can control my surroundings but it certainly becomes a bit more difficult if you want to, say, shoot a wild animal without a single piece of brush interfering. You may be able to focus in on a close-up if the animal itself tells the entire story. Another option is to take a panning shot and hopefully the animal remains in focus while the background gets blurred. Or lastly, you can stick to family portraits NYC like I do.
